Dear Friends,
Thanksgiving is upon us, how can we add more to a tradition that is already so full? This 33rd Sunday is the last Sunday of Ordinary Time and we will celebrate Christ the King next Sunday as the Church enters it’s “new year”. The theme of the readings are appropriately tuned into the last things and an accounting of the fruits of our life. Being thankful is a great way to start taking inventory! If we consider how much we have been given it becomes easier to be generous with others and notice how we can keep growing in holiness.
The Women’s Club will continue to sell their homemade Apple Crisp over the coming weeks so be on the lookout for that and thank you for your continued support.
Have a great week.
Peace,
Fr. Michael
